Our work is grounded in the classical economic insights of Adam Smith, David Ricardo, John Stuart Mill, and Henry George, as well as contemporary economists such as Fred Foldvary, Mason Gaffney, and Fred Harrison. We recognize land as a distinct factor of production alongside labor and capital — a principle known as tri-factor economics. This approach acknowledges that economic rent, the wealth generated from the gifts of nature, should be captured for public benefit rather than private gain.
Founded by Martin Adams, author of Land: A New Paradigm for a Thriving World, he draws on the philosophy of Unitism® to create practical solutions for governments and organizations seeking long-term prosperity, environmental preservation, and social well-being.
